Will it fit my lead?

Poop Pal attaches to any dog leash because the silicone tether stretches to two and a half times its width.
Alternately, you can use your own carabiner to attach it to your leash or a stainless steel ring that may be on your leash.

Will the poop bag fall out?

No. Once the knot is threaded through Poop Pal it stays secure.
